EASTER SUNDAY

Happy Easter from The Perkins Family. 

 Emersyn had a fun Easter morning with her Easter Basket.  When she woke up she asked "Did the Easter Bunny come?"  I told her we would have to go look.  She came out to the living room and saw one of our Easter baskets (just for decoration) still sitting empty on the table.  She said "he didn't come yet."  Oh what a sad girl.  Then she spotted her brother's basket and thought it was hers.  Even more sad...she thought ONLY he got an Easter basket.  So then we went on a search and found her basket.  Happy times once again when she realized she was NOT forgotten.

 She had a good time hunting for egss.  Every time she would see one she would yell "EGG" before picking it up.  I am sure the neighbors were SUPER glad we hunted eggs at 6:30 in the morning=)

I really think that 3 is THE BEST age for holidays.  She is SUPER into everything and enjoys EVERYTHING to the 100th degree.  I hope holidays continue to be so much fun around here.  I imagine Easter with a 13 year old will not be quite the same...

 Ethan really enjoyed hunting eggs too (from the chair in the living room).

REALLY enjoyed it=)  He is SUCH a smiler.  He smiles all day!!! 

Of course we had to have a mini Easter photo shoot.  Emersyn thought her dress was PRETTY AMAZING!!!

And THIS one too???  What a cutie.  Ethan was blessed at church on Easter Sunday.  What a special day. This was Todd's first baby blessing and he was GREAT!!! 

We spent Easter at Jen's house.  It was a wild day I guess.  Ethan and Uncle Justin needed a little nappy poo.

We had to make sure our little 1st grader did his homework.  Em and Creete needed their reading glasses.  YES I am a dork!!!

It was a shockingly good Easter this year=)
