Crazy Baby Days

Well--I am not sure what I have been doing the last few weeks, but I feel like I have been super busy. I am used to be going 100 miles per hour 24/7, so napping and changing diapers and not cleaning my house has all been a little strange for me, but it is starting to go a little better. I feel like I accomplish nothing all day long, but then I remember that Emersyn is still alive and breathing and that is my only responsibility right now---although a shower every day would be nice:)

My mom came and stayed with us for almost 2 weeks after I left the hospital. I seriously don't know what I would have done without her!!! She kept me from going crazy. We both cried when she left--even though she only lives about 20 minutes away. Emma and I HAVE lived without her, but it was much better having her around. We ate better, slept better, and enjoyed life a little more:)

I know that we have already posted pictures of Emersyn taking a bath, but we just got this princess towel as a gift, and I think it is the cutest thing ever. I don't know that SHE loved it, but she really is our princess.

Here is Todd taking his turn at babysitting. He looks asleep to me, but the baby looks content, so that is all that matters. I love this picture because she looks like such a chubbo. She is a chunky monkey, but so freakin cute too!!!

Look at those cheeks. Don't you just wanna squeeze them?? Maybe it is just me, but I find her cheeks irresistible.
