Today Em decided to nap for 3 and a half hours--snoozing right on through cheer practice, so we had a bit of an afternoon off. So we headed over to Papa Johnny's house. Em loves it there because he has a huge garden and because he lets her do ANYTHING she wants. She got to pick all of his leftover vegetables, smash all of the old tomatoes, and get REALLY dirty--she was in heaven.
My dad and Creete made this swing last year out of a piece of pipe, but EM thought it was the funnest swing EVER. She loved Papa before, but this swing raised him to rockstar status.
I swear my dad gets 10 years younger when Emersyn and him are together.
He also let her sit in his car and "drive" AND honk the horn OVER and OVER and OVER. I am sure the neighbors were glad we left:) She cried so hard when we left that even Elmo could not make it better--We love Papa Johnny!!!
