For Day 2 of our trip we stayed at the hotel and played and played and played. We stayed at the Triple Play Family Fun Park in Hayden and it is pretty much a kids' paradise---at least kids older than 2 maybe:) Em started her day in the little kiddie section. It cracks me up how much of a chicken she is. She would not climb in the kiddie climber (think McDonalds toy---which she also wont play in). She did try out the carousel ride, but the look on her face says it all. She pretty much begged to get off until it shut off---she just does not groove on rides.
She DID however LOVE the arcade. It was a lot like Chuck E Cheeses, with games and fun and tickets. She mostly played the games without ACTUALLY playing the games, but she still thought it was the greatest.
Next up....mini golf!!! For about the first five minutes Em thought it was great. Then she got frustrated because she did could not hit the ball very easily. Then she started wandering off and throwing the balls in the water and finding other fun things keep her occupied.
Check out that sexy profile....YIKES!!!
Can you tell from that stance that I PROBABLY did not win this game????
I am pretty sure THIS guy was the winner----go figure!!!
BORED!!!!
Unlike my 2 year old, my SIXTY FIVE year old had a blast. He spotted the Go-Karts and never looked back.
Him and Todd raced and of course DAD could not be happy until he passed Todd up---they both are a LITTLE competative!!!
Sadly, Em was too short to go on the Go-karts OR the bumper boats, but DAD was plenty tall. We decided to wait and go on the boats until we were ready to go swimming---that way getting wet would not matter. The best part----dad trying to squirt some poor kid and then got stuck under the waterfall shooting out of the pirate ship. He got drenched and totally deserved it!!!
I would love to show pictures of Emersyn swimming and having a good time, but she was not a big fan of the waterpark---even the kiddie section. She got water dumped on her ONCE and was done with the waterpark.....sad!!!!
She did enjoy the snacks and her Grandmas!!!!
Todd and I braved the slides a few times and even though I screamed my lungs out, I had a good time. It is fun to pretend to be a kid for a few minutes once in a while. How can you not enjoy swimming with dinosaurs:)
We finished the night off with a little bowling. Amazingly, bowling was Em's favorite activity of the day.
She used the kiddie ramp and thought it was the funnest thing. She would tell everyone to hurry through their turns so that she could get to her turn faster.
Check out that perfect shot...
CeLeBrAtIoN time!!!! No matter how many pins she hit (or didn't) she would jump up and down and cheer---I hit 'em I hit 'em!!!!
Little girlie was POOPED after her day of playing....after her bath in the pond (jet tub), and a quick read of her "Moroni stories" she was off to sleep!!!

How fun! We were going to go to Triple Play last year but I didn't know if Max would really have fun. Emersyn looked so happy when she was bowling. She is so cute! You guys make cute kids!
