My little helper--making Taco Soup for the missionaries. She thought it tasted GREAT!!! Some times I just have to let my mommy-ness take over and allow her to make a mess and eat RIGHT out of the pan. She LOVED being a big girl helper:)
The last few days I FINALLY got back to quilting. I have been on a bit of a break, but then my aunt reminded me that I commited to making another quilt for a benefit auction. YIKES. The auction is next Friday, so I shifted into gear on jumped right back in the saddle. I love how the quilt is coming along so far AND I realized how much I have missed quilting. Maybe no new clothes for Emersyn for a few weeks!!
Since Easter was on a Conference week, Emersyn finally got to wear her Easter dress to church. My sister bought her this dress (I think I am yet to buy her a holiday dress) about 6 months ago. She was SOOOOO excited that I did not tell her that there would TECHNICALLY not be an Easter Sunday.
I love the look on her face...stop taking my picture or the bird house gets it!!!!

She's such a doll! And so full of personality--love it! Can't wait until we finally get our little ones together and they can actually play and communicate rather than just stare blankly at and poke each other in the face. :)
