PHEWWW!!  We made it.  I feel like I have been running in place for the last four days--Easter was a lot of work:)  Emersyn had the time of her life and I don't know what she is gonna think when she wakes up tomorrow and it is just another normal day--no candy, no gifts, no vistors, and NO DADDY!!!
One of Em's favorite parts of Easter----her new Easter shoes.  She has been wearing them around CONSTANTLY.  And what makes it funny??????
They are still tied together--ha ha!!  She doesn't want me to cut them apart and just hobbles around like a criminal:)
Saturday was Egg hunting day.  My sister works at Tri-City Orthopedic and they held an egg hunt for the families of employees.  We were not sure about the weather, but buddled up and headed over.  I had so many layers on Emersyn that she looked a bit like a Marshmellow Peep.  She finally got to wear the skirt I made her using THIS tutorial.  I am already making plans to make some more of these:)
When I told her it was going to be cold she ran and got her hat (and her baby) to keep her warm.  Smart Girl!!

It WAS freezing, but worth it.  Emersyn ran around giggling and occasionaly picking up an egg.  She just ran around the grass like a crazy person and had a BLAST!!!  She was even more excited when we got inside and she realized the eggs contained candy--SCORE!!!
Easter was a great day.  RELAXING!!!  We stayed at home and hung out as a family.  Emersyn was so excited to wake up and find her dad still at home (not already gone to work).
I need to start taking more pictures with Emersyn and her dad because they are stinkin cute together!!!

My sister bought Em a super frilly girlie Easter dress, but bummer-roo there was no church today.  SOOOO I made her this cute little dress for an Easter at home.  I used THIS tutorial for the One Hour Sundress.  Not gonna lie---it took me way more than an hour, but I loved the pattern.  I will for sure be using this again!!!
Rockstar Princess!!
Somehow my kid has the hugest fan club EVER!!!  I think she probably got more gifts for Easter than most kids get for their birthday.  Oh Well---can't spoil them enough RIGHT????
You just can't beat a kid wearing a bunny mask playing baseball and jumping rope:)
Marilee and Kevin came over and kept Em entertained while "the Easter Bunny(s)" hid some eggs outside.  Once again Emersyn did not disappoint.  She laughed the WHOLE time and ran and hopped and giggled--oh my!!!
Goodbye Easter!!!  See you again next year!!!
