Keeping my camera BUSY

Since I got my new camera, I am trying to capture MORE of the fun moments in the days.  I LOVE to look back and remember things that SOMETIMES get overlooked.  A morning in jammies, a day in the yard, a cute smiling kiddo.

Those were here BEST poses=)  I love that she THINKS she is posing pretty for pictures.  Because as soon as you take the pictures she wants to see it....crazy girl.

And come on....this guy just makes it TOO easy to get a cute picture.  He is HANDS DOWN the happiest kid I have ever had...ha ha!!!
Hanging out in the kitchen.  Ethan finally tried out his high chair.  I only managed to get Emersyn to give it up a few weeks ago.  I had to convince her that her BOOSTER seat was the coolest thing ever because she could get in and out of it on her own.  She is still not sure about her brother having HER high chair, but it is a work in progress.  She WAS fine with it though while SHE helped make brownies and HE had to sit in it.
This girl is SOOOO much like me.  Licking is not enough...you must get EVERY drop of batter!!!
Ethan is growing up.  He would REALLY like to be held most of the day, but mommy is NOT ok with that.  SOOO I am trying to find places that he enjoys hanging out...SANS mommy.  I went out to the garage and grabbed the box for the Jumperoo (while holding him), drug it in the house (still holding him), and put it together (while he screamed on the floor).  Then I put him in...SILENCE.  He was not happy or sad...just perplexed.  It is growing on him though...
His big sister helped to show him the ropes=)

LOVE THIS FUNNY GIRL!!!
OOOPS...how did that get in there?????  Hmmm???  Well why not have a picture of Atty Catty?????
Since Ethan is a big fan of being held while he sleeps, I have resorted to tricking him.  Here I layed by him in bed, got him to sleep, and then slipped out.  The problem is....he is so darn cute that after I successfully slip out I just wanna get back in.
There you have it....The summer days of the Perkins.  Not too exciting, but AWFULLY CUTE!!!!

Ethan's reaction in the jumperoo is priceless. I remember screaming fits with kids until you put them into something new and it takes them a while to figure out what that new item is. Jumperoos and high chairs were always a life saver.
