Six Months and Counting!!!

Guess who is 5 months old??? 

My little man is growing up so fast I cannot believe it.  I thought only the first one was supposed to fly by, but yikes.  NUMBER 2 is whizzing right by me. 

He is doing all of the normal 'big boy" stuff.  He is rolling all over my floor, turning himself around, reaching and playing with toys, and THINKS he is learning to crawl.  He puts his butt in the air and tries to use his FOREHEAD...but has not gotten any movement yet:) 

He has started eating cereal and LOVES it.  He acts like I have been depriving him for five months.  He has also had his share of ice-cream, mashed potatoes and thanks to Uncle Corey, a bit of yams.  He watches the fork go from my plate to my mouth while I eat....just watching.  I think he is gonna eat ANYTHING, ANY TIME.   I do not think the switch to solid food is gonna be too rough for him...he is ready.   He can already down a good large serving of puffy snacks;)

I guess that is why he weighed in around 18 pounds today.  Cannot resist a chubby baby!!!!  He is still such a good boy.  Happy and sweet.  He is suffering through a cold right now and still smiles and laughs easier than any baby I know.  He is growing up so fast....I cannot wait to see how he grows up during month 6!!
