This past weekend we headed to Bridgeport to visit family. First we hit up Grandma Doris. Todd and his grandma have birthdays close together and get to celebrate each year. Grandma Louise and I were only a day apart and I miss my Birthday Buddy!!! Todd got rainbow chip and poor Grandma had Gluten Free....but Emersyn still enjoyed helping to blow out the candles.
Next we headed to Brewster for some flag football. Todd's brother Michael was home from Afghanistan for a few weeks and I guess he put a request in for boy time. Emersyn didn't get the memo---she wanted to play. BTW....check out Todd's STYLIN shorts. He didn't pack any play clothes, so her borrowed some from Michael....I can honestly say I have NEVER seen Todd in a shirt that tight OR shorts that LONG..haha!!!
Emersyn cracked me up. She tried so hard to keep up and NEVER stopped. She REALLY thought she was a part of the action. I somehow missed HER running with the ball...I am not sure how I didn't catch that on the camera, but she JUST KEPT RUNNING!!! She is something else.
Todd's Daddy is the "guy in the hat." YEP...the one that Todd is running STRAIGHT FOR. Boys crack me up!!!
Speaking of boys...mine just wanted to eat dirt and grass.
