For phase 2 of Christmas Eve we got to be at home. AHHH!!! We celebrated with Marilee, Kevin, Grandma Doris, Uncle Ward, and AGAIN...lots of food. Funny story about this tractor. Grandpa Jon brought it over for Ethan when he came a few days before Christmas. SOOO cute with a piggy that pops out of the haystack. WELLL...when we got to Jenny's on Chrismas day, Kelly kept telling us how PERFECT Ethan's present was that she had gotten and that he was going to LOVE it. THEN Jen decided to let Ethan open their present early since he was fussy. GUESS what it was...YEP the tractor. AND then the look on Kelly's face....PRICELES!!! Because her PERFECT gift...yep you guessed it..another tractor. SOOO if 1 tractor is great, 3 tractors is THE BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT EVER:)
Anyway...it was funny to me!! Emersyn and Todd put their cookie decorating skills to the test.
I slathered on some frosting and called it a night, but Todd took his decorating VERY seriously!!!
As requested by Emersyn we watched some of the Oldies but Goodies like Charlie Brown and Frosty the Snowman. She got to open some more presents..(SCORE) and wear herself out so that Santa could finally drag his tired behind over to drop off some presents. Of course no holiday would be complete without Emersyn and her modeling shoot. I will just let you enjoy the cuteness that is EMERSYN!!!
Now seriously...how could Santa resist THAT face????
