I few days before Christmas we took the kiddos to Beaver Bark to meet Santa's reindeer. Since we have been unsuccessful for 4 years trying to get Emersyn to sit on Santa's lap, we thought maybe a reindeer would be a good starting place.
When we got there we saw that SANTA was in fact right inside. We got Emersyn to about...10 yards from Santa before she got THE BIG EYES and starting walking backwards and shaking her head NO!!
Mrs. Claus came over and got the silent treatment and we headed back out to the reindeer with our 5 bucks and NO SANTA PICTURE once again.
Ethan wasn't really interested in ANY of it, but he heard we were going to McDonalds after if everyone was good, so he stayed pretty quiet:)
MOSTLY, Em just liked hanging out balancing on the straw bales. I guess we should take her to the farm more often!!
Nothing like a reindeer and a 3 year old happy dance to get you in the holiday spirit!!
