The day after Christmas was a super fun snow day at our house. We got to stay home and try out ALLLLL of our new stuff AND play in the snow. Since we have not had much (any) snow this year, my poor kids were VERY unprepared for snow days. I actually had snow boots in the cart at one time for Christmas presents, but decided since it was still in the 70’s most days to get toys instead. Ooops!! I guess I should have gotten boots:)
Poor Ethan is such a SECOND child. He got to go out in pink snow pants and Robeez....not exactly perfect for SNOW!!! When he came back in his feet were so cold that he wouldn’t walk on them. Excellent parenting on my part for sure!!!
Em got to enjoy her time a little more. She got pulled on the sled by Grandma Marilee AND made a snowman.
And then the snow melted and never came back....WEIRD.
