Back to School!!!

Well--It is back to school time and I'm not gonna lie--I am a sad girl. I miss decorating my room and getting ready for a new crop of kiddos. I LOVE staying home with Emersyn, don't get me wrong, but the next few weeks might be a little painful. We had a busy week this week. We started with cheerleading pictures on Wednesday. The girls were so excited. They are all so sweet and Emersyn has fallen in love with them. She gets spoiled pretty good let me tell ya. Then Thursday, Friday Saturday we had cheer camp. This gave Marcie and I some good quality time together and we had some GREAT laughs. I am so glad that football season is back again!!!! By the way--I may have forgotten to mention that although I am not teaching this year, I am still co-coaching Fall cheer with Marcie Koch. Mostly so I can see Marcie--but also because I love coming up with new crazy stunts and watching the girls exceed my expectations every day. I love teenagers. They just have an energy that cannot be matched. Which reminds me of how tired I am. Poor Emersyn came to camp with me and found it hard to nap with so many people to watch. SOOOO tonight she crashed at 5:45. I am sure she will be up at 4 in the morning and I will pay the price, but I could not hold her off one more second. SHE WAS A MONSTER.

Switching gears a little---I have been slow on the sharing process. Last weekend after Laney's birthday party, the adults whipped out the guitar hero at Amy and Ryan's. It was a hoot. None of us had done it before--except Amy and Ryan--and the results were hilarious. Let's just say that I don't think we will be starting a band any time soon. Here is Fran rockin' out.

Dr. Wiesler!!!! I have to admit that he actually has pretty good form. I couldn't even do another ODE to him because it wasn't even humiliating enough. I am sure I will catch the Dr. making an A** of himself again soon:)

Bobbie--I love you to death, but you are like 6'5. Do you really think you can get out of the way?????

I've gotta give Bobbie the style award. She gets into it and doesn't hold back.

I just wanna say---My friends ROCK!!! I love you guys. We need to hang out and be dorks more often.

OHHHHH. I almost forgot to mention...After this little dip in the guitar hero experience--my husband thought we needed one. The NEXT day he found one on craig's list and came home with it that night. So the NEXT day we had our very own guitar. Thanks Amy and Ryan:)
