Happy Happy Holidays!!!

The holidays are fun for everyone, but Emersyn is truly getting the most out of this year. Starting WAY back at Thanksgiving...Emersyn really enjoyed some family time and the all you can eat buffet. She pulled her chair up to the snack foods and taste tested--meaning she licked and took bites and then put it back and left the rest for the next person. HAPPY HOLIDAY!!!

MMMMMMM PIE!!!

We went to Justin and Kelly's house this year and had a great time. There were other kids there and Em thought she was a "big girl." Who doesn't enjoy a little game of indoor golf??

Since I have been getting some serious crafting done, Em has had to entertain herself in the sewing room. She finds lots of things to do...unpack fabric, color my patterns, glue stick things together--and unwind thread.

We have started the first of the many Christmas parties to come. The Wieseler's had a gingerbread house party this past weekend. The little girls enjoyed jumping on Laney's new big girl bed.

Em is not the only one enjoying the holiday season--Dr. Ryan doing who knows what with his gingerbread shack.
Bode also REALLY liked the party. I seriously cannot remember Em being that small and quiet and sweet. He gives me a little bit of the baby bug--not gonna lie!!!

MMMMM cake!!! I like this picture because Amy's baby bump is fully visable in the background--soooo cute. More baby bug!!!:)

Gracee and Em disappeared downstairs and entertained themselves. I told Amy that this is what our future holds--Gracee and Em sneaking off and causing problems and Laney sitting up on her momma's lap:) These two are Fran and Me ALL OVER AGAIN!!! Watch OUT!!

Look how good Emersyn helped me wrap presents--she was in charge of bows--yikes.
She love Love LOVES the tree. She helped decorate it and re-decorate it and has un-decorated again and again. I have just given her the bottom two rows for her own.
This is her decorating style--stack as many things as you can on each branch. It is hard to see in the picture, but there are two bulbs, some other decoration and a teddy bear--not a tree decoration, but a real teddy bear:) She believes More is Better when it comes to decorating:)
Atty also helped decorate the tree--Doesn't she look thrilled about the holidays??? She doesn't really outwardly show her emotions--she is kinda shy:) Trust me she is excited.
It is soooo fun to see Emersyn grow up and really love the fun of Christmas. She loves to watch movies about Santa. She talks about Santa and knows he says Ho Ho Ho! Actually she thinks he says Ho Ho He Or Ho Ho Ha!! But that is pretty close for a one year old:) I cannot wait to see her face light up when she sees and unwraps the presents. Merry Christmas!!!!

Uh oh! I think you are about to jump in and join the pregnant group!! Might as well. Everyone is doing it! :) Seeing your post has really made me miss being at home. Here in Mexico we see decorations but the holiday shows aren't on and haven't seen Santa anywhere! We will just have to get into the holiday spirit when we get back!
