Disney Cruise Day 2--PART ONE

Day 2 of our trip was our first day OUT AT SEA.  The kids woke up and LOVED watching the waves outside our window.
Actually the bunk beds was one of Emersyn's FAVORITE parts of the trip.  When we came home she said..."I am really going to miss my top bunk...what if I NEVER get to sleep in a bunk bed AGAIN???"   Ethan just loved crawling up the ladder and terrifying his mommy!!!

Day 2 started off with a BANG....CHARACTER BREAKFAST.  As we were eating each of the Disney characters made their way to our table to say hi and pose for a picture.  Emersyn DID NOT stop smiling for the entire meal.

Her Minnie Mouse bow made by our awesome servers!!!
And of course Dad got to be Robin Hood!!
It was pretty much the perfect breakfast for Emersyn.  She got to meet all the cool disney folks AND eat bacon and sausage:)
What was Ethan doing during breakfast....SCREAMING!!!  YEP.  He cried the ENTIRE TIME!!  Every time a character would head to our side of the restaurant he would freak out all over again.  For a few minutes we DID get him sorta calm....but then Dale came up behind him.  Ethan didn't know he was there, so I thought we could get a picture.  But then Dale...trying to be nice...reached up and rubbed Ethan's head.  Ethan turned around and FREAKED!!!

It would have been pretty funny except he was the ONLY sad kid in the place and EVERYONE was laughing at him (us).  Poor Dale...

Next we decided to do somethng that ETHAN might actually enjoy, so we headed to the kid's club.  It is like Neverland meets KID HEAVEN!!!
Ethan MIGHT have actually had a little fun...MAYBE:)  OR he may have just been TOO POOPED to party!!
Emersyn LOVED it there.  She was little miss SOCIAL and wanted to be the leaders BFF.  They played intsruments and had a Conga Line going.
THIS is how Ethan does the Conga...in the corner where nobody can touch OR LOOK at him.
I WONDER whose kid he is?????
Ethan's favorite.  THE SLIDE.  It was the longest, fastest, scariest slide I have ever seen....BUT NOT FOR ETHAN.   You had to climb, cross a rope bridge, and slide through the tunnel...TOO SCARY FOR MANY KIDS OLDER THAN HIM.  BUT Ethan had NO problem.  He thought it was THE BEST!!!
The kid's club was only open for adult visits for a few hours a day, so we had to find something else to keep us busy.  SOOO we headed to try out the arcade.
I love that my kids are still young enough to enjoy an arcade WITHOUT actually having to put money in and REALLY play the games:)
It was a bit nippy outside, but we checked out a little bit of Aladdin on the Jumbo Screen. Notice the people in coats and wrapped in blankets.  YEP.  I was not expecting that either.  Apparenly the ocean is a dang cold place to hang out...WHO KNEW???
