oooops!!

I forgot the real highlight of our weekend. Today in church--after crying her way out of sacrament meeting--emersyn was just toodling around carrying her bottle and BAM--she tripped and hit her face on the door of one of the classrooms. Since she is ALWAYS running into things, I did not think anything of it until she burst out into blood curdling screams. OH YEAH and speaking of blood, it came shooting out of her nose. YEP--bloody nose. So what did I do??? I carried her, screaming AND bleeding down the hall, sent someone in to get my mommy, and headed to the bathroom. Seriously, who knew a baby could get a bloody nose??? Luckily it stopped pretty quickly, but still a little scary. So she got to spend the rest of church sporting her cute little pink BLOODY dress and a bruised and puffy red nose. Not to worry though because it perfectly matched her split chin (from the bathroom drawer), her skinned knees (from the sidewalk at our house) and her bruised shins (from running into EVERYTHING). Seriously, I don't know how kids make it through toddlerhood alive!!!
