These are not great pictures, but she just kept getting worse and worse. Her poor face looked all distorted--kinda like she had big huge strawberry birthmarks. She did not act uncomforable, but I felt horrible for her.
We pumped her full of benadryl and kept preparing for the big party day. I was a big fan of my 3 benadryl nights though--for the first time in a LONG time Emersyn slept all the way through the night--NO WAKE UPS!! Tonight is the first night without it and I am dreading the late night wake up calls.
Moving on to birthday fun. Saturday was a dream day. Emersyn went off to spend the day with Grandma and I got to bake and clean. Baking and cleaning usually do not excite me, but a free day was very needed. So I baked my little heart out and cleaned cleaned cleaned.
More of our farm-house. She is so funny. We still have the balloons up and all day she points up and says COW??? I think she is confused as to why there is a cow in her kitchen (she thinks the pig is a cow too--we will have to work on that).
Everyone wanted their picture taken with the birthday girl. I finally got a picture of Emersyn and me together--it has only been a year:)
Ok--so there is phase one of the birthday post. Sorry, but there will be much more to come--she was just too darn cute and I feel everyone needs to share in the cuteness:)
