Yesterday was filled with crafts and kids and visitors and fun. I started off the day finishing up a baby quilt I started a few years back. I kept forgetting to get backing, so I pretty much forgot about it. I got the fabric for free and just started sewing blocks together with no real clue what I was doing. I had been making it for the church humanitarian relief, so I guess it does not matter that it is not perfect--right?? I didn't really plan to ever finish it really, BUT Friday I made a list of unfinished projects I have. I have been working my way down the list--slowly. I am not going to tell how many items are on the list, but it takes up a piece of computer paper:(
Next Marcie came by and we traded craft horror stories and successes and then Amy and Laney popped along. Our plan was to make our April Calendars, but we got caught up in chatting and looking at patterns and fabric--a common problem for us. Finally we let the girls have full reign of the house and we got down to business. I really liked the bright colors in the April calendar--so springy!!!

Then Marcie headed off to get Samson from the groomer and Amy and I headed to Costco. It is not a fun trip, but going in pairs makes it so much easier. At least you know that someone elses kid is also throwing a fit because usually they are throwing them together.
Today looks like a yucky day again--windy--I could hear it all night long, so I plan to work my way down my list of undone projects--wish me luck.

GOOD LUCK! I hope you have a successful day! Thanks for the fun yesterday. :)
I made a list in my head of my projects - not necessarily unfinished, but the ones I have fabric for...are you ready? I think it's 9 - but after this week, no promises! :)
Good luck! Hopefully somebody can get their list of things done (because I haven't been able to!)
